  • Supervision: Therapists are ethically required to discuss work with a clinical supervisor. Identifying details are anonymised wherever possible.
  • Legal Requirements: If I am required to do so by law, such as in cases of risk of serious harm, safeguarding, or a court order.
  • Emergency Situations: If I believe there is immediate risk to you or others, I may contact your GP or emergency contact, after trying to speak with you.

  • Request erasure of your data (subject to legal exceptions)
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Request data portability to another service provider
  • Withdraw consent at any time, where applicable
